They're losing me

Let's go back to the start. Not my jam. A whole episode to explain this? I need the story to go forward. The only thing that was worth it was the eye candy. Yes to Lee and Tay. Also, Tay's character was gay for Lee's.

Disappointing

Basically just one big flashback under the guise of a story told in the present - not the most creative way to give backstory, and it worries me that Supot might be forgiven for his horrific actions just because he had a difficult past. If I'm allowed to be biased, I also just miss my Gifted class children. I give this episode a significantly lower rating than I would give any other episode so far because it just felt like an unnecessary information dump to make us sympathize with a villain. I find the parallels they're building between Pang's group and Supot's to be moderately interesting, but not enough to make up for the time spent on the past - unless they do something unexpected with this information in future episodes, I'm can't say I am impressed with episode 8.
