Chen Jun He finally gives up his quest for an apology. He buys Qing Tong a new bag to replace the one he had scribbled over previously. Li Jin Bu warns her again about staying away from him. Li Wu Si, Li Qing Tong's father, explains the importance of their mother to the girls. They apologize to her. At school, Li Qing Tong's marks have no improvement at all. Jin Bu asks Fatty Fan for help. She suggests getting Wu Zhi Xun, the topper of the class who was also Jin Bu's deskmate and Li Qing Tong's long time crush, to tutor her. Duan Xiao asks Jin Bu about her relationship with Chen Jun He. She makes the situation clear to him. Wu Zhi Xun refuses to communicate with Jin Bu and treats her coldly. Vacation starts soon and she tries to get Tong to study harder. Ba Dan (Eight egg), their friend, comes home and invites both of them to play and Jin Bu makes a deal with Qing Tong for her studies.
