Ayu debut is a big hit but her relationship with Masa has to remain a secret. Reika is crazily jealous and informs Ohama that the two are together and meeting in hotels secretly. Ohama plans to destroy both while Masa remains unaware of it. Meanwhile, Sho is told by Ohama to dissolve AXELS. That night, Tamaki Risa attempts to commit suicide. Sho offers to retire but Masa tells him not to. One night, when Masa and Ayu return home, they encounter a crazed Reika inside.
