Pil Sun has a drink with Mak Nye to pry about Mak Nye's relationship with Sa Gi Jin. Under the influence of alcohol, Mak Nye spills the beans about Sa Gi Jin being Sam Saeng's real father. Pil Sun is unable to believe this so she asks Sam Saeng who confirms the truth. Bong Mu Ryong asks Sam Saeng to make a decision between Dr. Hwang and himself and Sam Saeng tells Ms. Oh that she won't be working at Oseong Drugstore in the meanwhile. Gyeong Ja gets excited about the horoscopic match between Ji Seong and Geum Ok. She asks Ms. Hae how Bong Mu Ryong would feel about this.
