another ep where nothing much happened and…

another ep where nothing much happened and i guess as the main drama/problem has been solved, what remains?! just to smooth things out and live "happily ever after" i really thing this should've been a shorter drama. cause anything more happening now, will be unnecessary and making a mountain out of a molehill - cause Tau love's Otep he has proved it with the sacrifice of letting him go just cause he though it was better. yeah it backfired and wasn't needed but his heart was in the right place so what else is left? should Otep be in heaven?!? Ronin and his whole bf situation isn't clear and when they do talk i either cringe or feel the bf is being shady. bottom line not enough to get what the hell is going on there and cause of that not feeling anything for that side-plot. heck more interested in woman-child Bianca and wondering if everything is in her head of Jet really straying...

In Between (2020) Episode 8: Unawa

Yes, we did get some sexy moments from Tau and Otep and some cute moments from Nin and Makisig (plus some Nin and Makisig back story) but all in all, the plot/storyline didn't really move much on Episode 8: Unawa. This episode was slower than usual and seemed to be really setting up for the conflicts ahead. The screenplay wasn't as exciting as previous episodes but it was ok. The actors seemed to be more comfortable and relaxed with each other in this episode. Production design, cinematography, musical score, and editing were satisfactory. For next week's episode (most probably with Orion), I'm hoping for a more complex narrative.
