hmmm wont lie watching Rocky getting jealous,…

hmmm wont lie watching Rocky getting jealous, frustrated, irritated is mighty pleasing, considering how he hurt Ju - yeah call me vindictive - but How many times has Ju apologized? since that night, it was continuous groveling and pleading for his existence(!) for his falling for Rocky. for him sleeping with him... and Not once did Rocky say "...sorry - over reacted i was a douche. i should've handled the situation better. it wasn't ur fault!!!!" - not once!! he didn't need to burst out of the closet signing and dancing with the gay flag - but he needed as a human-being that did wrong - say Sorry. so yeah he's hurting and frustrated, cause suddenly he's being pushed to aside, and he doesn't like someone taking his place. well he didn't bloody want it in the first place ugh - yeah yeah he wants it, but he Not ready to admit that is he?!? so same thing - ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************having said all this i get both of them - can't get angry or hate either - both of them have valid reasons for their actions to date. that's what is making this so tough - cause even if i start to get annoyed at one, i remember why he is acting the way he is and when emotions r involved, let alone all the baggage they carrying around, how can u fault one or the other? and unlike other dramas this is just reality - in life there aint good or bad - just people and a truck load of emotion's... common sense and logic out the door. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
mentioning common sense, Aish the grandmothers "confession", sorry but i call b.s - she isn't a small child. she old enough to know better, then offer that weak excuse. yeah her ex-husbands end was sad or tragic, if it went down as she told it. but it was his choice, and the fact that he as an older gentleman couldn't find the courage to take the final step, n seek out the life he wanted to lead before the end. why that automaticlly become the norm?!? what about all the guys he was watching go into that bar?!? they were also gay and yet they weren't lonely or scared. so why would her grandson end up alone?!? why couldn't he find the courage to do what others do?!? - no common sense in her logic - but her "i know best and will force feed it too u, if u like it or not. cause i care and am well meaning..." is a constant personality trait and u have to just agree and accept it, cause she the grandmother and she love u - so call B.S. - her grandson deserved better then her forcing her idiotic close-minded perspective on him.
********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
and last but not least Ju - it's not only experiencing heartache, it's trying to rush and get over Rocky - he not into Glenn and would never look in his direction. but he "safe" cause Glenn been after him for a while. so he knows he is wanted there - where with Rocky he doesn't know what is going on, and it's easy and very human to take on the brunt of the blame. so he is sure he was the cause of Rocky "retreat" - **************************************************************************************************
of course Glenn's attraction doesn't necessarily mean love or a long lasting romance . if anything that's another recipe for disaster. but Ju hurting and not really using his head right now, he just wants acceptance, love and warmth... problem is Glenn, he not a bad-guy, but he's Not looking for anything serious and Ju just another conquest. so he's basically shooting himself in the foot - again. gladly he didn't get swept away (ironically cause Rocky intervened) but doubt he would've gone through with Glenn's pressure, cause he had 'been there done that' a sec ago with Rocky, and he didn't need another rude "awakening". ****************************************************************************************************************************************
Ju telling Rocky "he can't be bi or that as he wasn't upfront with himself, he couldn't make baseless declaration about loving Ju.." considering how Rocky treated Ju, he has every right to be angry and vindictive with his words, now that conveniently Rocky changed his mind - what happens when reality knocks at the door?!? Rocky gonna change again and Ju just needs to deal? of course this time around he wants reassurance's. and here as opposed to Gaya Sa Pelikula" were Judit had No right to out Karl(!) and demand to know what's what - here Ju has every right to ask questions that r relevant to his life/heart and future. he has every right after getting hurt to demand to know if Rocky is all talk or can backup his sudden found affection.

The biphobia is real

Wow I hated this episode! I was willing to disregard how cringy it was all of a sudden compared to the earlier episodes in which I didn’t feel that way in the slightest, but then we get biphobia from Judah??? I was honestly shocked to hear it. I almost quit watching. The only reason I didn’t is cause there’s only 1 more episode. It’s shocking how my feelings for the characters flipped from the previous episode. Now I just want Rocky to be able to take his time to figure out who he is instead of rushing into things for someone like Judah who’s first instinct was to invalidate Rocky’s sexuality.

Quaranthings: The Series (2020) Episode 7: Rapid Test Kit

Both Judah and Rocky are flawed characters. And I love them for their flaws. They have issues but they really try to overcome them. Unfortunately, most of the time, it's just difficult and they go on default and in the process hurt themselves and the people they actually love. Episode 7: Rapid Test Kit is my favorite Quaranthings episode. Some of the loose ends with regard to Judah's grandmother and mother and Rock's father and family were settled. Even the case of Glenn was more or less resolved. Appropriately, what will become of Judah and Rocky's relationship is the only remaining major issue for the finale. Script was consistently realistic and relatable. Acting was so good, both Kyo and Royce made me shed tears. Production technicals were ok. I don't know what will happen on the finale next week but I'm excited!
