Decent

The live action adaptation of Horimiya's episode 1 sets the tone for a promising series. The casting choices for the main characters, Hori and Miyamura, are spot on and their performances are fantastic. The chemistry between them is palpable and it's clear they will have a strong dynamic throughout the series. The attention to detail in the animation is carried over to the live action, with the sets, costumes, and overall aesthetic capturing the spirit of the original manga. The episode does a great job of introducing the audience to the main characters and their personalities, as well as setting up the story for the series. One of the highlights of the episode is how well it captures the humor of the manga. The comedic timing and delivery are spot on, and the jokes hit the mark. The episode also does a great job of balancing the humor with the more dramatic moments, making for a well-rounded viewing experience.Overall, the live action adaptation of Horimiya's episode 1 is a strong start to the series. Fans of the manga will not be disappointed, and those unfamiliar with the source material will find a lot to enjoy. The episode sets the stage for what promises to be an entertaining and heartwarming series.
