Alien skin

Someone is kidnapping internet celebrities. The first girl is still in the hospital. She only remembers a song the kidnapper hummed and a box with the logo of Futmalls. Who could be the kidnapper? Is it some crazy fan? Is it the same introverted guy with the strange 'skinborn' girlfriend? Or someone works for Futmalls (maybe a delivery guy)? There is something wrong with the scar treatment skin care product.
