Having liked her since he first laid eyes on her, Seung Min wonders why she picked him. She explains that it's just a contract relationship like in the dramas. He turns her down. No one can believe he'd do that. It turns out he promised his mother before she died that he'd stay true to himself and not lie. Ji Na finds him in one of his classes and pulls him out to offer a contract deal. It's to have the relationship last for 50 days and offer many perks that he likes. He asked for some changes, and they finished the negotiation. He still hesitates to sign it. His friend reminds him that the relationship is real as long as he likes Ji Na, so he won't be breaking the promise he made to his mother.
