I am totally mesmerized with Kim Hee-woo

5 May 2022Without subs there was too much dialogue in this episode 8 and I barely got the gist that the accused medical student was found innocent and a serial killer was arrested instead for the murders of several women including the medical students girlfriend. Once the subs came on all was revealed as Il Hyun plans end up in disarray. Kim Hee Ah has hardly taken part in this drama but we a still totally mesmerized with Hee-woo and how his active mind is sorting their lives. Can't wait for tomorrow to see how deals with the task that has been set for him.
Kim Hee-woo is arrogant but is reserved and self assured in his manner a man who calculates every step and every consequence.

I really love how smooth everything turned…

I really love how smooth everything turned out, guess I worried for no reason. But I guess finally now we know a bit about Lee Minsoo's motivation. Even then, considering that in the past Minsoo and Heewoo never crossed paths might mean that something must have happened to him before. And it's possible that it was the same case as it had been for Heewoo. So that may explain why this time he seek Heewoo much earlier. That said, it was so invigorating to see how well Heewoo divided the tasks to all his allies to complete the tasks that he couldn't do directly, thus lessening the danger placed on him as well as everyone. And in doing so, Heewoo managed to save the med student and catch the real killer. And while it wasn't directly implied, I guess Heewoo must've worked on Kang Deokgu's case in the previous life for him to know about the location of the dumping ground as well as how dangerous the guy was. Well, because of that we got to see Yeonseok in action. That felt good. Even more when finally after all the covert plans came together, Heewoo finally given the task to end Jang completely. Things really are going well now... though it felt that Jo Taesub may get a bit of victory in next episode. And I have to say, the fact that we haven't seen the assassin guy for so long is making me uneasy.
