Wtf Tantai Minglang ofc involved all the innocent civilians into this oh nooo. Myb Pang Yizhi will do something about this. NOO I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO DIE PLEASE HER DAD AND ZEYU CHUNTAO NIAN BAIYU PLEASE BE ALIVE. Noooo nooo noooo. OK I think LSS always said hurtful things to TTJ bcs of what Ji Ze said to her which was they was doomed from the start. TTJ rlly loves her. So far what I hv seen from her that she was feeling guilty toward him. I'm not sure about love myb a smidgen. It's so confusing... Myb after a rewatch in the future I wld get it. That sky scene was really great. When their bracelets were smitten, I keep thinking of the blood that pang yizhi asked from ttj. Myb it'll help somehow idk. Why the Devil God spirit still hound him??? His evil bone was crushed by lss already. She's dead right? Why her lips still red? Makeup probably for the dead... Idk. It's a bit funny that both ttj and qingyu alive bcs of their beloved sacrificed their lives for them. Like they can relate with each other. Now they're both fighting my goodness.

Oh Wei Shen me YXW ! Why are so so cruel to say u never want to see TTJ again in every life time ! Are u mistaking hate for love ? ????? Another superb acting from our leads ! We get 3 OST songs in a space of 10 mins !Oh the beautiful scene of TTJ carrying YXW home !! The most beautiful and impactful scene in this drama !! His watery glazed eyes are etched into my memory ! So tragic ! He jsut longed for someone to love and accompany him ????

We see our male lead, Tantai Jin, realize his love for the Ye Xi Wu/Li Susu. He learns of her taking on the cursed jade and exchange his damaged eye. Turning point of the story and it's another rush of feelings watching and taking it all in.

Just when I thought LYX's acting can't top the previous episode, nope! He just proved me wrong! His acting is just phenomenal! I think he so deserves an award for this drama!

the tower scene… we were all expecting it but that didnt make it any less painful ? YXW finally tells him the truth before swapping his devil bone, bitchang got away AGAIN… but the thing that shattered me was LYX’s phenomenal acting. he has officially reached god tier, his portrayal of grief was so poignant and powerful, denial, helplessness, desperation… it was an absolute work of art

After the rage and fury of earlier episodes, comes the sadness as things come to an end. Beautiful poignant performances from both leads. Tantai Jin inability to accept death as the end was inevitable with his experiences and upbringing.The editing seems choppy here but something had to give to accommodate 40 episodes. For our story, we do nor need to see more of the demise of the failed coup.

I really liked this episode. The way Tantai Jin was in sooo much pain. He has gone mad in love and Lui Yunxi acting in that part was so goodI just hope this arc will end so so we can go towards the end of the drama

He manage to kidnap TTJ beloved women, he dress them nicely and put them on top of the tower to test TTJ. Who do you think TTJ will choose? YBC or YXW?
TTJ look her (YXW) on top of tower and said "Ye Xi Wu, dont you want me to save you?" His expression was curious why YXW did not felt scare as she did not even bother to look at TTJ.
She exchange divine essence as her mortal body weaken and die after the lightning tribulation so he (TTJ) will no longer Devil God.
"I like a blind man living in the dark" (ouch) when he carried her death body. His sadness cannot be describe by the word. His life of light was no more. He sunk on the sorrow.

YXW tells TTJ about her real identity before giving him her divine essense. YXW's entire family die during TTML's attack on the city. YBC escapes from the palace following the attack. YQY is saved by PR so he's alive.TTML dies after being attacked by TTJ's army of crows.
