this the 2nd ep without an epilogue - which is a bummer as this really need a bit of levity at the end. each ep is freakin depressing.******************************************************************************************************************************************Im Ryung Goo's mother had a tough life & sadly in that time period she owuld never be safe from those gross men. so i think she took the only way out she knew. sadly her son was left behind. Im Ryung Goo wasn't to blame for his mothers death, the fact he lashed out on her is sad, but he was a child & only knew bits & pieces of the her story. jumped to conclusions & took it out on his mother. big mess that lead both their live to a tragic end.******************************************************************************************************************************************pity that in the current reality she had to lose her baby. but i think this was so Im Ryung Goo will come back to the team. ironic that this was the reason he joined the team in the 1st place.

This episode was fantastic, and the cast and crew were outstanding, as always. Ryung and his mom have been through a lot. The governor and thugs got what they truly deserved. We also got to see how the RM team came into existence.

Can't explain these are from the bottom of the "HEART". The Mother and Child relation that's the best thing that god can create.

I loved this episode. I was wondering about Kim Ryung Gu's past, and I liked that it was an episode only for Ryung Gu. He's been through a lot.

Finally we get to see Western Sky arc! And it'll be a two-parter, how great is that? Drama really going all out to show us this arc properly as it appears in the original webtoon, I'm so glad! So the whole thing about Ryunggu taking early time off work was really to hint at him looking for his mom from the very beginning! The writers are really good at including the foreshadows in the drama, in line with llama's original writing. That's really neat! And I guess even though drama still not having Yeomra, we still end up getting to see the old Jumadeung scene in the drama. And I love that we're still get to see Jonggil in this episode, albeit a less icy version on him. I really love the looks of Joonggil, Ryeon and Ryunggu's reaper outfits during the Joseon period ❤❤
