A weekly magazine's photo of Choko Mikuni, the director of the public relations office of Totei University Hospital, and Yashiro Kanbe, the secretary of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, all coming out of a high-class restaurant. It was reported as "suspicion of entertainment over scientific research expenses"! In fact, this dinner was set up by Ryutaro Hachisuka, the director of the internal medicine department who is trying to establish a new treatment system led by internal medicine, to facilitate the increase in scientific research expenses. Although that fact has not been leaked at this point, the fact that black rumors have spread to the world is a big blow to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Totei University Hospital.
