SPOILER ALERT! [10/10]

\I stumbled upon this series on a streaming platform, and I don't regret picking this up because the first episode is flawless. I love everything about the first episode, starting from how we get a brief flashback into why Tang Yu and Tang Xin get close, the people they're close with, and the relationship dynamics between every character that has been introduced to us so far. All of the important characters have made their appearance. Our main character, Tang Xin is a screenwriter who is passionate about writing her self-made web novel. Her novel has been published, but she's still fighting for her work to be transferred to the screen, with the hope that her crush, Tang Yu, will become the producer of her story. When Tang Xin talks about her feelings for Tang Yu, I feel like I am her. I could feel the longing in her voice when she talked about him and her unrequited love. She can be pushy sometimes, such as when she tried so hard to drive Tang Yu home, but she respects the boundaries he set. Tang Yu is the other main character, and he's currently fighting for his company's performance. I wouldn't call him cold. I believe he just likes to work, and he puts the utmost importance on work above anything else. I think he likes Tang Xin. I don't think he even cares about Tang Xin's friend who he's supposedly in love with. His jealousy towards his assistant is so obvious. For now, the only expectation I have for this series is for Tang Xin to become a successful screenwriter.
