Grandma has punished Ning, because she exposed Concubine Qiao's crimes at the risk of her own reputation, she might have been harmed if anything went wrong. Even Shen Yuan is angry that she is being stubborn and doesn't understand how risky and dangerous that stunt was. Ning had a high fever, it was not going down. Therefore Shen tried what the physician told him, and he got a pretty heavy scolding by Grandma for it. I love the main couple so much their scenes are so wholesome.

Glad the justice is done

I think FL story is mainly described and taken care of. There are few more mysteries but from here on, ML will have a story to tell us.
