Kaori and Koichiro are confused when her mother-in-law, Namie, moves in with the Kawai family and says she wants to live with them. Namie tries to please her grandchildren, Yuta and Hana, and gets them on her side, but she also criticizes Kaori's housework, causing Kaori a lot of trouble. Momoko also doesn't seem to get along with Namie, and she takes a rebellious attitude towards Namie at every opportunity, leading to mutual antagonism.
