This is probably a fave ending to a BL because it's such a happy ending. There's not masses in terms of plot, but you get the cast dressed up and a pretty sexy love scene. You can guess they choose the bar as the venue but that's no doubt more to do with the sets, lots of good reasons not to choose it. Recovery from ep 11. The proposal was a bit unexpected. Women don't fare terribly well in the series. Mothers are absent and dates to be humiliated, even a potential ally gets cast as a temporary rival.

well this was a hells short ep (cause i fast-forwarded everything... but Wayne Song & Huang Chun Chih (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ) cameos, now they were worth the watch. heck was the only thing, i was looking forward too) the rest was a load of b.s, a hot steaming pile of it. and after the previous ep's halfassed conclusion, this obviously couldn't get better - wasn't expecting miracles, so there is that. so thankfully the end

A perfect ending!

The show was going really beautifully, one of those quiet stunners, until episode 10, when it looked like the entire show would derail. They mostly recovered in episode 11, but they really stuck the landing and created the most beautiful endings to a BL I've seen. An absolute stunner.
