Own voices mlm stories with cute romance and comedy bits. Theyre enjoyable and lighthearted and follow adult working men. Theres a couple with an age gap in both too.

Both are BL office romances between a director and an employee.

Both of them are cute, light-hearted romances with an office setting where one of the main characters is a late bloomer.

They are both office romances, which feature a lot of their interactions happening in the office setting. The main couple of both have a Boss/employee relationship.

The main difference is that Step By Step is Thai, while The New Employee is Korean.
