“Cooking” to survive while living alone in a country far away from home made him discover his new passion, which is cooking. When he was returning to Bangkok, he was invited to participate in the MasterChef Thailand Celebrity competition. During that time, James spent hours researching food ingredients and cookery techniques, which made him even more passionate about cooking, and finally, it inspired him to open his own "Chef's Table”. Since he started to work seriously on his Chef's Table. He met an amazing team led by Chef Ploy and Chef Fen. From the very first day they’d worked together till the opening day, all the obstacles and problems came to challenge James to prove and learn if he would achieve his first Chef’s table.
