Makoto calls Hotaru and asks her on a date. Makoto tells the other co-workers about spending the summer vacation with Hotaru. Jinguuji Kaname comes as a third wheel on Makoto and Hotaru, and then invites Yuuka to make it look like a double date.The amusement park date ends in a fail and Hotaru thinks Makoto is angry at her. But Makoto later texts her asking her if she wants to go on a drive with him tomorrow. Seiichi goes with Maktoto to a bar, and Makoto tells him that he thinks Hotaru is living with her boyfriend. Drunk Seiichi later brings passed out Makoto to the house, and leaves him alone with Hotaru. Hotaru tells Makoto she is living with an old lady. Seiichi sends the divorce paper. Hotaru wants to cherish her love and confess her true feelings to Makoto because he is her first love. They then go on a date and Makoto kisses her. Yuuka tells Kaname that he is not the one she likes.
