A collection of some really fun extras to beloved series
Unlike the first Our Sky series, I had made sure to watch all of the parent stories for this one in preparation for when it came out. Some, I watched a while ago so I'm glad each new story began with a recap to refresh my memory. As a whole, I really enjoyed the series though some of the stories I liked way better than others. It's really impossible to rate the whole series as one thing with all the different casts and storylines going on so that's why I broke it down by series.
Episodes 1-2 (Never Let Me Go)
I liked the time travel aspect and how it felt like a true side story; taking these characters that we know and love and giving them a short "side quest" - if you will - that has a beginning, conflict, resolution and ending. It was well-paced for just a 2 episode storyline. It definitely felt lighter than the original series though that's to be expected with a format like this. There really isn't time to create a lasting, in-depth problem for them to overcome which I personally liked. Honestly, these two had gone through enough in their main story that they deserved a break and something a little more lighthearted.
Episodes 3-4 (Star In My Mind)
While Joong is very VERY nice to look at, these episodes were a bit of a disappointment for me. There was absolutely nothing new brought to the story. Not only that, but it was literally the same thing that happened in the main series with the group of them going to Prince's resort and the main couple being all cute together. There's nothing wrong with that, per say but if these are meant to be additional add-ons to the main story, at least do something different. I felt like I was rewatching the original series or was suffering from deja-vu. There are so many other couples in the GMMTV lineup that I would have rather seen have a continuation or even mini-story of. And, honestly, I don't really believe in their chemistry. Plus their delivery of lines is really distracting to me where it felt like they were just reading off the script instead of "acting" the script.
Episodes 5-6 (The Eclipse)
This was enjoyable and, even though the story wasn't all that original (the main lead being upset because he thinks his boyfriend forgot an important date) I liked how they executed it here. I especially liked when the characters were daydreaming and putting themselves into other classic movie roles which was a nice twist. It made for some funny moments, which was nice to see with these characters, especially when their parent series was more on the serious side of things.
Episodes 7-8 (Vice Versa)
These episodes had a lot going on as far as cramming 2 storylines into 2 episodes. The first half was a good peek into the future after we left off from the series. It was an honest portrayal of the struggles of a couple keeping things fresh and making time for one another after being in the workforce grind. Then the second half had the addition of the arrival of this unknown child on their doorstep. Personally, I thought it was an interesting idea, especially when thinking about the original series with Talay and Puen never truly knowing what Tun and Tess did while occupying their bodies while they were in the alternate universe. There were some really funny moments combined with some deep heartfelt ones that made it an enjoyable watch overall.
Episodes 9-10 (My School President)
While this was the exact same story as the original series, it was made completely different with the role swaps of all the actors. They even switched the mothers which I thought was hilarious. While some may consider it "lazy writing," I thought it was an interesting way to showcase the actors and how they can pull off the opposite roles from what they were originally cast. It also gave Gemini a chance to show his singing chops by playing the front man of the band instead of Fourth. The music video at the end was a funny and clever nod to some other popular BL series (He's Coming to Me, Bad Buddy, Tale of a Thousand Stars). The friends really made this for me as it was funny to see all the swapping there and their interactions together and not just between the couples.
Episodes 11-12 (Boss and a Babe)
At first I thought this was going to be another role swap kind of deal but it wasn't. Well, it was, but not like the episodes for MSP. In this case, it was within the context of the show and it was more of a "walk a mile in my shoes and then tell me it's easy" kind of thing. And it made sense within the story instead of being a completely out there concept. The only thing I wish they had addressed was how name-calling and insults are unacceptable, no matter how much stress a boss is under. And they never even brought up the fact that someone flat out quit because of his unreasonable attitude. But at least he redeems himself at the end... sort of. He says he'll be more mindful though we don't really see it.
Episodes 13-16 (Bad Buddy, Tale of a Thousand Stars)
I'm reminded of how impressive these leading actors are. There's no "reciting lines and waiting for the next one" feel like there are in so many BLs. These guys truly feed off each other and give little nuances in response that make for some funny and more in-depth connections. Ohm and Nannon, while they don't have much romantic chemistry in my opinion, they have off the charts bickering and playful chemistry which is just as, if not more, entertaining. In episode 13, we are brought back to the time where Pat and Pran first "break up" and have to pretend to hate each other while dating in secret. I know a lot of people were upset with this as the original series ended with the families beginning to tolerate each other and the two boys being able to be open about their relationship. It's understandable that people now want to see these two dating for real in the open but honestly, for me, their best moments were the bickering and the flirting while having to hide their feelings from everyone else. That extra sense of taboo added a different type of thrill to the whole thing and it was highly entertaining.
Throw in the crossover with Earth and Mix in ToaTS and watch the amusing chaos unfold. The initial tie-in was interesting enough and I liked how they showed all of the characters interacting with each other. Having Tian and Chief watching Pat and Pran acting as them in the play was a bit of a surreal moment but I thought there was so much depth to it where perhaps they see something new by watching it happen to someone else.
And then we get a glimpse of a "fish out of water" reversal with Chief running loose in Bangkok which made for a fun montage. Then, their ending had me crying right along with them as it was a beautiful conclusion, wrapped up in a neat, lovely bow. Honestly, I'm sad it's over but I wouldn't have wanted it to end any other way.
I really do like this format of additional situations with already established characters and I certainly hope GMMTV continues to do it going forward.

A sweet continuation for many of the stories.
The series was a lot of fun each taking it's moment to add some nice stories and development. Loved seeing all the great characters again, especially ones that we missed. Let me brake it down.Story 1) Never let me go was a joy to watch, I love there chemistry and was a nice touch and change of pace to see them in a different time period and develop from that story was fun and lighthearted.
Story 2) Star in my Mind was another joy to watch, they have great chemistry and showed some good romantic side with there sweet friends. I could have done without the Typhoon side story about him and a girl, would have been nicer if the gave him a new guy instead.
Story 3) The eclipse was a fun story to see develop, show the problem that at times couples face in relationship, but show by standing by each other and see a new viewpoint things can work out. Very nicely pt together.
Story 4) Vice Versa was a favorite of mine as the have great chemistry and are always fun to watch. Love how they show them still growing and showing the different sides of love and to aways make everyday count. I especially love seeing them take care of the sweet boy. Give a feeling of love of family.
Story 5) My school President was so much fun. I enjoyed seeing the cast come together and feel that fun loving energy they give. This was a great story to see the characters change places and see new was of seeing how each how have played it. Wish it was longer as the chemistry is great with the cast. Seeing some of the side characters switch places was so funny and a great way to show the actors.
Story 6) A Boss and A Babe was full of laughter and fluff. It's super lighthearted and takes you once again on showing other sides of the characters. Having the leads switch roles to really show how boss and intern both have it hard in different ways, walking in each other's shoes literally. It had a smiling at moments to see both reactions to seeing how no one has it easy.
Story 7) Bad Buddies, I know the combined this and story 8 together, which I really wish they had not. Sadly I am not a fan of Bad Buddies and did not enjoy the actors together. This always felt more like bromance then boy love. It was a nice story for them to travel and show them in a new adventure, but it felt stale and did not work. Just looked like friends on a camp trip. This was for me the only story I did not like out of the whole series.
Story 8) A tale of thousand Stars was one of my favorite BL it is so great, would have loved a second season. The leads have great chemistry and makes you always adore them. I loved seeing the development and story unfold between them yet again. I hate that they shared to story with he cast of Bad Buddies but the very last episode stole the show for me. It gave us the ending we always wanted to see happen. I wish a few more of the old cast came back as well. I absolutely loved this episode for them, was such a great way to end it, the only down part was it made me want to see them more and wish for more of there story.

Loved it. Must watch
I loved the whole compilation, and they could have made a season 2 with the same instead. The cast and crew did a phenomenal job.Change (Palm-Nueng's story)
One of the must-watch. Palm and Nueng's story: Totally unexpected storyline: Past, present, and future. I am at a total loss of words. Their chemistry was off the chart. Phuwin and Pond have outdone themselves. I never thought that there would be a side couple.
The character development of Pond-Nueng was fantastic. The way they want to support and respect each other dreams and be there for each other shows how much they love each other. The historical part of the story and role reversal was a great addition. I couldn't ask more.
Madly in love (Kluen-Dao's story)
This Kluen and Dao story was such a warm, lovely one. I was smiling throughout the end. Kluen is such a flirt, and Daonuea is cute and funny. Maithee and Sean got pranked by Kluen and Nuea. Typhoon got an admirer, and I am really happy for him. Northern star found the sea waves. Kluean and Dao came a long way together and were madly in love. Joong and Dunk did justice to their respective characters. Ne and Sean were cute and funny. Maithee was awesome. Kluen finally got his morning star for himself.
Soulful (Ayan-Akk's story)
The plot is simple and a continuation of almost where they have left drama. The cast and crew did a phenomenal job. The dynamics between Ayan-Akk and Kan-Thau have changed a bit with time and show how much they can understand each other. The chemistry is off the charts. First-Khao and Neo-Lousis outdid themsleves. The inclusion of a retro indie vibe made the series even more enjoyable and funny. I felt terrible for Wat, but his hard work with friends and Sani's support paid off. Namo was comedic and funny.
The Your world my world OST by First and Khao and the mini performance by Neo-Louis were an excellent addition.
Faded Pink to Multi colour of love and emotions (Puen-Talay's story)
These two episodes were an incredible addition to where they have left the series. Jimmy and Sea's chemistry is the same as always, magical. Jigsaw was the biggest surprise Puen and Talay got their surprise day. Puen and Talay are amazing papas for Jigsaw. I was smiling throughout the series. It was entertaining and cute. Part two was a visual delight filled with cute moments between Puen, Talay and Jigsaw. The entire cast was incredible. I didn't expect that Tup and Tou were the ones to bring Jigsaw into Puen-Talay's life to solve the issue in their relationship. Talay and Jigsaw utterly surprised Puen, Tup and Tou with their prank. I loved every aspect of this series.
The multiverse of cuteness - Tine-Gun's story
What a fantabulous start, and it is honestly a multiverse of cuteness overloaded. The cast did a great job with the respective characters' switches. The crew did a fabulous job compiling the significant events and presented them in crisp form within two episodes. The originality of the story didn't get lost. Fourth and Gemini were cute, and their chemistry was off the charts. In this universe, all couples had a natural attraction towards each other from the beginning. Por-Tiw were the power couple. Tinn's mom was the main MVP, and she was humorous. Ratchanee (Gun's mom) was funny too, and I couldn't see her as a serious character. I totally didn't expect Kajorn to like Pat. The MV was a great tribute to "He's Coming to Me", "Bad Buddy", and "A Tale of thousand stars". I loved every bit of it. Great job.
All the OSTs were excellent.
Role reversal (Gun-Cher/Laem's story)
The plot was intriguing and much needed for Gun and Cher's relationship. Role reversal Gun and Cher as Intern and Boss. Because they have different personalities, it helped them understand each other better, especially Gun, who can comprehend his employees better. Cher can understand the difficulties and responsibilities of being a CEO/boss. They still have a long way to go. The chemistry is Force and Book as Gun, and Cher/Laem was top-notch. Cher's jealousy towards the new intern shows how much he loves him. The whole episode was humorous because of Jack and Aoi. The cast and crew did an outstanding job with their characters. Zo and Thee were cute and deserved their series. I loved every aspect of this series.
Secret Lover (Pat-Pran's story)
The plot started to post their fake break-up in front of everyone. I loved this episode. Nanon and Ohm are the perfect choices for Pat and Pran. Pat and Pran's chemistry was on point, and their interaction was cute. Ink, Pa, Korn and Wai are the only ones who know about the Pat-Pran relationship. I didn't expect a crossover between Bad Buddies and A Tale of thousand stars. The tension between Tian and Pran was obvious that Tian's jealous. I am very excited about the crossover. The OST was fantastic, and Ohm did a great job.
Crossover (Pat-Pran's and Phupha-Tine's story)
I loved this series. Nanon and Ohm are the perfect choices for Pat and Pran, while Earth and Mix are perfect as, Phupha and Tine. Though this crossover was something totally unexpected, it turned out really well. Pat-Pran's relationship is still the same as always, and their chemistry is smooth and natural. Phupa and Tian are having a couple's conflict, which is cute and funny. I enjoyed every bit of the episode. I felt each couple could have one more episode on their respective series. The crossover was a great idea. Kampung was the MVP of this episode. The couples got the time to understand each other better due to their separation and time together.
Pleasant (Phupha-Tine's story)
I like the episode. I felt Phupha-Tine could have got one more episode together. Earth and Mix are perfect as, Phupha and Tine. Their chemistry was smooth and natural. The initial tension between Phupha and Tian was gone by the end of this one. Phupha got Tine's parent's approval, and Tine got the best birthday present. Waii and Korn were the MVPs of this episode. Pat, Pran, Ink, and Pa were funny and cute. I wish they could have finished their part at the end of the crossover episode, so Phupha and Tine could have more screen time.
No Matter What, ost by Earth and Mix was lovely.

Super duper continuation
I love this sequel cuz it made me find a lot of amazing series I watch now to catch up with Our skyy two. I love how there's almost no drama (NLMG but much less drama than in original series) and we get to see more of our couples being lovey-dovey. My favorite of those three yet is SIMM. I loved the comedy, how friends of Dao and Kluen were still teasing them and also the proposal from Kluen. They were so in love I take them as engaged irl because the actors played it so well. Then it's TE. Ayan singing for Akk was so stunning and romantic gesture. But their argument was important too. NLMG less but I love PondPhuwin's chemistry. They are such babies. The plot just felt weird. From action to supernatural as they traveled through time and it was more about getting back and Pawin's own bl story than about my favorite couple but I still very enjoyed it. I thought Mike is the best support character as I see him everywhere playing friends of MCs but no, Pawin really got three roles in Our skyy even though he was not so important in those original stories. Like Perth and Chimon did not appear despite being the main second couple in NLMG and as Namo he also did not appear much in The Eclipse. Plus he always play characters you'd like to punch, hahah. Always getting in the way of our couples and ruining their moments but still like him as he's funny. Was this review helpful to you?
Some were better than others, but I quite liked them all
I didn’t expect that I would be making a separate review for each couple / series, but there was just so much to say about each one of them! Some of the reviews for just two episodes are longer than some of my reviews of full series. I don’t even know how that happened! So, I linked the more in-depth reviews for each couple, and this will be like an overview of everything. All in all, I really like how they kept the general looks of the main series for the Our Skyy 2 episodes as well. The individual couple stories feel more like they are a part of their original series than they feel like a part of one series. And I like that. Why? Because even though all these special episodes were put into one series, they are all still separate, their universes are separate. And the overall look and feel of the episodes shows that.
I liked certain plots more than others, but that was expected. We all have different preferences about topics and genres. It did feel like GMMTV might have tested certain themes with already established couples to see how the viewers would react to them – especially with the Never Let Me Go and Vice Versa episodes. To be honest, I wouldn’t mind a full historical series or a cute family series.
I think out of everyone Akk & Ayan really had the most “we are boyfriends” moments and overall vibe. There were little touches, kisses, little fights… They really looked like a couple, two people in love with each other. I think that is something most other couples lacked. I am not saying the rest didn’t have their cute moments or that they lacked chemistry, they just weren't anywhere near the Akk & Ayan level.
GMMTV is really spoiling us with new side couples! I do like seeing them, but I am also a bit sad that we don’t get to see some of the original side couples and how they are doing at the time. I guess it’s due to the fact that some actors left or are busy with other projects.
We are getting spoiled with special OSTs as well. Every couple had a new special song (or two) in their parts. They really are showing all the talents the boys have. There are quite a few that I had on a loop since they came out.
Another thing I absolutely love is how the characters kept the important items from their own stories. It also makes a lot of sense, because when we find something important, we don’t just stop using it or wearing it with no explanation. So, seeing the necklaces, the bracelets, the necklace… even if they are not explicitly mentioned, it’s a sweet detail. I am not as naïve not to know that selling the merch related to the series also plays a big role in reusing the said items.
Never Let Me Go (overall rating: 8.5): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/271229
I really enjoyed the two episodes. I like the fact that the two switched roles from how they were in the main series. Palm as a lord and Nueng as his servant is a combination, I didn’t know I needed. I think Palm was enjoying that dynamic a bit too much. My one complaint is the historical inaccuracies, like I am no expert but even I can tell that most of the things Nueng did as a slave would not go over well in that historical period.
Star In Your Mind (overall rating: 8.0): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/272699
This really feels like two episodes of fluff. It suits Kluen and Dao, the two are permanently stuck in the honeymoon phase of their relationship. I do admit that I got a lot of Sarawat and Tine vibes from Kluen and Dao. Another thing that I absolutely love about their relationship is how they handle jealousy. When you trust someone completely and you know they only have eyes for you, there is absolutely no reason to feel jealous when they are talking with someone else.
The Eclipse (overall rating: 9.0): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/274353
I absolutely love the friendship between Akk, Kan and Wat. The three are so supportive of each other. They might not be family by blood, but they are family by choice. Kan and Thua are adorable together. To be honest, there were a ton of cute moments between Akk and Aye too. All I can say is that Akk and Aye (and First and Khao) have became our space a long time ago. A space that they (and many other series) created for us. Something I will be forever grateful for.
Vice Versa (overall rating: 9.0): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/275703
Puen and Talay are in their domestic, family bliss era. And I’m here for it. Jigsaw is adorable! I like how they didn’t turn Jigsaw showing up into a reason for a fight between Puen and Talay. I couldn’t keep the smile off my face for pretty much the whole time. Honestly, I could watch a full 12 episodes of them just being a family, and I probably wouldn’t get bored of it. The truth about Jigsaw was surprising, I am not really happy about it though.
My School President (overall rating: 7.5): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/276977
It’s adorable! I like the switch in characters, I think everyone did a great job in the role they were given. A lot of scenes were just redone from what we got in the original series, but we also got some new scenes. It did feel a bit choppy at times. I wish they didn’t try to squeeze so much of MSP plot into two parts. Also, is it just me or does it feel less lively? I feel like the energy of the band is really low in comparison with the main series. The new OSTs are great though.
A Boss And A Babe (overall rating: 9.5): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/278283
With all the body and role swaps, this one seems to make the most sense. Both with the plot and the way it is done. I never knew Cher had such a wild imagination, but I am living for it. I really liked how different Cher and Gun were in their roles – Cher trying to be a strict boss but only coming across as adorable, and Gun trying to be a good intern but ending being a grumpy one. Three and Zo are still adorable. Yuck! As Cher would say.
Bad Buddy (overall rating: 8.5): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/279527
This takes place three years after Pat and Pran got together. I both love and hate them giving us another take at their iconic scenes. Sure, it means nothing changed between the two and it brings back a ton of memories and feelings, but at the same time, it does come across as just a little bit lazy writing. I’d pay to see Korn take on the role of one of the dwarfs in Snow White. Which one would suit him best though? There is no Naughty. Maybe Grumpy?
BB x ATOTS (overall rating: 9.5): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/280581
I didn’t expect that I would be enjoying Pran & Tian and Phupa & Pat dynamics as much as I am. I really thought that Pran and Phupa will have more in common, while Pat and Tian would be the wild ones. I do think I should be concerned about the fact that both Pran & Tian and Phupa & Pat have great chemistry though. It felt like Phupa and Pat ended up flirting more with each other than with their actual boyfriends.
A Tale of Thousand Stars (overall rating: 8.5): https://mydramalist.com/profile/RoseQ/reviews/280733
Phupa is obviously struggling with the social differences between him and Tian. And while it might be less obvious while they are on the mountain, once they return to the city, it becomes much more obvious. I love seeing the two on the mountain, but they look adorable while in the city. Especially Phupa, it’s interesting seeing him this shy, and in his sugar baby era. I wish it would be a bit more focused on Phupa and Tian though. The ending was perfect!

Nice way to end the story.
I must admit that it met and went beyond my expectations.Despite the fact that several of the stories already had closure, they found a way to follow them or get an extra without damaging the main story. Every story is beautiful, they did an excellent job.
To close, I would like to make an honorable mention of "Bad Buddy x 1000 stars" and "A boss and a babe", since (from my point of view) they are the ones that had the most beautiful episodes of Our Sky 2.
I recommend to those people who want to watch Our Sky 2, watch all 8 series so they can better understand the stories and enjoy it more!!

Silly way to see my favs again
These plots are cheesy TO YOU. Not me though, I understand. Our Skyy 2 is a brain off affair that lets us see our favorite ships one last time in a silly setting. Coming at this with the expectation of it being a continuation of the main story will only set you up for disappointment. With some of the pairs you can see that it was made in a rush (cough cough The Eclipse) but it’s still a fun time. If I had to rank them based on enjoyability and adherence to the source material, it would be:1. Vice Versa
2. A Boss and a Babe
3. Never Let Me Go
4. Bad Buddy x 1000 Stars
5. My School President
6. The Eclipse
(Not Applicable: Star in my Mind, I didn’t watch it)

some hits, mostly misses
if I had to pick, the ones worth watching, to me the episodes are from Star In My Mind, A Boss and a Babe, and Vice Versa. they give what I wanted from their series and then more. there was growth, some development to the characters, their stories, and, dare i say it, some actual entertainment. The Eclipse episodes were half-assed at best in terms of the writing and it upset me a lot they were given some weak story filler that, being brutally honest, felt like a waste of both first and khaotung's time and efforts. i also wanted more from NLMG. their episodes were good, though the beginning just felt like a car ad (get that coin, boys), but it just made me wish for pondphuwin to get another series. i missed all of these characters a lot. the MSP episodes were just okay, it was basically a speedrun of the show with a new song + merch drop. didn't hate it, just was boring.
When it came to the ATOTS episodes, which were the ones i was really looking forward to, ignoring BBTS characters made it so much better. I personally found no charm to both stories getting put together like this, so I didn’t really care for the BBTS story at all. it felt like a waste of time having their episodes if they were just going to be flat as they were, time that i think we could've spent giving earthmix the flowers they deserve for acting in one of the best series gmmtv ever made. a positive is that i did like seeing drake and jimmy give us their ghost ship one last hurrah, but that was all for me.
either way, there’s not much in terms of being groundbreaking here if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s all a mess to some degree and a lot of wasted potential for some of the better series from this company. i do have to say that VV and ATOTS were the only ones that genuinely made me tear up. which leads into me harping onto how i hope that we get to see more of earthmix, they've truly become my favorite pairing within the general bl world.

I enjoyed the last four couples more than the first four
After having finished this series on Thursday (08th June), I am finally getting the time to write a review today (10th June). I actually need to write this review to know what my rating for this series will be. I would like to say that I was a huge fan of the first ': Our Skyy' anthology series (I gave it a 10 and no one can change my mind about it). So, I was super excited to hear we were getting another one with eight couples from previously aired series (except for 'A Boss and a Babe'. That was airing while this was airing too). And I just want to say that I wasn't a fan of four out of the eight series. And I guess, because of that, I really wasn't able to enjoy their stories as much as I did the last four couples (matter of fact I told myself that they saved the best for last with these four).Story-7.5/10 (when adding up all of the couple episodes)
Because it was eight different stories being told, I graded each story on their own and then added it up to get my final rating for this series.
Our Skyy 2: Never Let Me Go- The first in this anthology series was from 'NLMG'. I honestly did not like the series when I watched it (I had to watch it before OS2 premiered to prepare myself). I gave the original a 6/10. With that being said, I still kind of like this and the storyline was a bit different to any of what Thai BL series have offered to us so far (although I just recently saw someone may be doing an upcoming series like this soon). This was also one of the series where I was more invested in the secondary couples than the main couple. I am giving a 7/10 for their unique storyline and for their secondary characters, making this my fifth liked in this anthology series.
Our Skyy 2: Star in My Mind- I really, REALLY did not like this original series (I gave it a 5.5 and I preferred 'Star and Sky; Sky in Your Heart). So, I was a bit disappointed that it was being a part of OS2. I still watched it and...yup, this became my least liked in the whole anthology series for OS2. I didn't care for any of the couples AND I didn't like how they put one of the supporting characters who was wooing Daonuea previously in a relationship, as it felt a bit forced for me. So, I didn't like the storyline nor could any of the characters saved it for me. So, I gave it a 5.5, just like it's original series.
Our Skyy 2: The Eclipse- This was my sixth liked in the anthology series. I felt like I just wasn't able to grasp it as much as I thought I could. But I did love the supporting characters and it was nice to see them again. As such, I gave this a 6.5/10.
Our Skyy 2: Vice Versa- I'm going to be honest here. I felt I would have liked this if I didn't watch the original series. And because I did, I really wasn't that excited in watching it and honestly, I felt bored. This is my seventh liked in the eight couples and I will give a rating of 6/10, just because it did not draw me in when I was watching it.
Our Skyy 2: My School President- I saw a lot of comments from people who did not like this series, as they felt robbed. I am basically the opposite because I actually liked how they did a multi universe and told us this is how it would happen in this universe. All of the characters still had their chemistry and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This was my third liked and I give this an 8.5/10.
Our Skyy 2: A Boss and A Babe- As was previously stated, this was airing while this anthology series was also airing. I wasn't in that big of a rush to watch it, but when I saw that it was apart of OS2, I buckled down and started to watch it. And imagine my surprise, because I actually liked this series. And OS2: A Boss and a Babe did not disappoint me. This was my fourth like din the whole series and I gave it an 8/10.
Our Skyy 2: Bad Buddy- I was super excited to see these guys again. And while I was a bit annoyed of the fact, they did a cross-over and unlike the previous episodes, they didn't have two full episodes for themselves, I have now come to the conclusion that this was actually a good move. I give them a 9/10. Also, I am going to miss these boys so much.
Our Skyy 2: ATOTS- I told myself this before I watched this seirs and I am saying it now- they knew what they did by leaving ATOTS last (because they saved the best for last). And while many of us may have found them to be a bit childish, we kind of know the reason now. I felt that they got the better ending and story. Except for a small flaw I had, I gave them a 9.5/10.
Acting/Cast-8/10
I actually have no flaws with the acting. I felt that they all did a stellar job in what they were given to work with. As such, I give them an 8/10.
Music-9/10
The music did not disappoint at all. It was nice hearing new songs. And then to hear the opening OST again just brought back memories to me. As such, I will give a 9/10.
Rewatch Valu-7.5/10
I actually do see myself rewatching this (especially the last four couples). I know that I really won't watch Star in My Mind, because as I have previously stated, I just don't like the original and was not feeling this at all. But I actually do see myself watching the other seven couples, especially Vice Versa and The Eclipse because maybe if I watched them over, I may give them a higher rating.
Overall-8/10
Overall, I liked this series and I know that I will miss some of the characters. And GMMTV has made it easy for some of us who don't want to watch all sixteen episodes where we can choose to watch whatever couples we want to.

Too Much Story to Dig in
Ok, it seems I expected too much for this series since I love all the characters but somehow the story for each couple is not compatible to be on it. It lame and lazy at the same time, I don't think if they review it before they fit the characters. I only have 3 of the most love stories that match the couple. The Eclipse: I thought this would be flop but its not, both couple and the story are match. It is literally a story of newly couples out there and the way it was twisted in the end it feels like reality for some cutie love story. I love the eye to eye contact of First to Khaotung they nailed it! actually First always bring the chemistry to the story, I don't know why but he always touch me in his acting career.
The Vise Versa: I never thought the couple here will nailed the story. This is the typical relationship that has ups and downs in their relationship. being together in one roof is quite challenging plus the fact another responsibility to take in, you need to remember you are not alone anymore so you need to adjust for your relationship to grow. I love how they express and show the true story in every relationship in one roof.
Lastly, The Tale of a Thousand Stars: This is OMG!! same with viseversa the typical and literal relationship in all kind of couple. they have ups and downs, similarities and difference, and stubborn and respect. I love this couple as always, I don't know but being the tom and jerry inside and out of the scene makes them a good actors. They have the nice and funny love story. And In the end, when Earth says why he is not going down even thou he love Mix so much?! he waits for the perfect timing. everything have perfect timing and the story tell its all. The story show how they respect the parents decision before taking to the next step.
For Eath and Mix, I really love their chemistry as i've said the tom and jerry inside and out the scene makes them good actors as always. I love the friendships they have and bring it as well in their acting and it just like all natural to them. More series to Earth and Mix please!
Overall: somehow nice to watch but I'd rather be rewatching the First Our Skyy. (sorry to say) but for both last story they are amazing, I definitely rewatch the last story every now and then just like before.

Why????
OMG, I totally thought TALE OF A THOUSAND STARS would go all out in the middle with a fun ending. But OMG, it had me bawling my eyes out for like the last 20 mins of the last episode—so heartwarming! ?? Seriously, the tears I shed for A Tale of a Thousand Stars were just like the ones in those last few minutes. It's like this epic spin-off of stories is a freaking masterpiece, and A Tale of a Thousand Stars said its goodbye. I'm feeling all mixed up, like "I wish there was a Season 2 of a tale..." but like, "Okay, we all know it ain't happening." This is seriously the most epic conclusion, like after Teacher Tian returned from the Mountain during the last eps of a tale... And the OUR SKYY 2 Spin-off is mic drop! That's it. Done! Periodt! ?Was this review helpful to you?
The story,etc
overall for me it's 9.5/10 I love this whole series because like it brings back our favorite characters from bl's last year. Mostly all of these episodes don't have a plot except for one but for me I'm glad that there is an our skyy2. I really really miss them all already and can't wait to see them again hopefully. I love all of this couples and this series of all of them just brings back all of the moments. I hope to see them soon in another series. But this series is not finished yet there is still more episodes to go.Was this review helpful to you?
