ASIB looks into hardened criminal Chong Wai Yin’s background, as he was involved in Yau Bong’s homicide three years ago. They find out Wai Yin is an orphan, but the information at the orphanage is deleted. Pak Fei and his chums piece together Wai Yin’s profile from an endless amount of shredded paper. They find something shocking. Julie again sends out a dire message, and the target is astonishingly ASIB members. Another important ASIB member inadvertently falls into a psycho killer trap, and some video of them being abused is uploaded to a network platform. Although Chun Long and Ka Lei know it’s a dangerous situation, they don’t give up and risk their lives to save team members.
