A very well-paced final two episodes. Still had quite of bit of conflict resolution, 'action and drama' for the first half of the episode to provide a great series crescendo, and then enough time to provide a very satisfying denouement that lays out the post-drama fate of most of the characters.

some episodes may seem boring or slow but overall the storyline is amazing. one of my favorite cdrama, (currently top 1 for wuxia genre). white-haired Song Mo is so hot, so GREEN FLAG. I need more episodes for this, I like the pairing of both leads.

OMG, sangat2 berisi berdaging dan berbobot eps ini, dimulai dg pengkhianatan pangeran qing, trs songmo dan douzhao yang SELALU menolong each other dan berjuang dengan kebisaannya masing2, trs songmo ngundurin diri after putra mahkota diangkat bcs dia mau hidup bahagia sma keluarga mininyaa omegatt, trs kaisar ngasih penawar ke songmo (makasi byk kaisarrr), trs ditutup dg munculnya bocil mini imut cantikkk yg udh 5 tahun yakni anak ciwi nya mrk si lianjun astagaaaaa, sangat2 happy endinggggggg >

What a sweet ending!It captivated me from the very beginning. The pace was good and the fact that all the challenges were swiftly and rapidly resolved felt very gratifying. No dragging on and no building up hatred towards the villains, to the point of wanting to smash my device and abandoning the drama (as it usually happens with these long series). I would say it has a decent care for the viewer's emotions. The acting was good, the only minus I give is for the fact that I couldn't see/ feel the chemistry of the main couple. Maybe it was just me failing to perceive it, or maybe it really didn't exist, I don't know. Other than this, everything else was excellent. And the ending was absolutely done right: not rushed and not too long; every character rightfully reaped what has sowed. The main couple as parents were so sweet and heartwarming. Bravo!

OMFG, I thought that Ji Yong had turned to Prince Qing for sure, I didn't expect him to work for the greater cause under the order of the Emperor to eradicate the evil and all the traitors. We got happy ending finally, now I can sleep in peace.
