Blossoms in Adversity Episode 20
The family mourns the death of Grandmother Hua. Hua Zhi blames the first aunt for the death of her grandmother and retaliates by publicly shaming her. Shen Qi and Shen Hua pay their respects, and Shen Hua comes to help support Shao Yao. The Emperor finally releases Yan Xi from his confinement, and he heads straight for Hua Zhi. He finally opens up to her and tells her the truth about this identity.

Whoa, I'm back to catch up on my reviews (10/21/24). Loving my time during my rewatch!'... Today, your compassion is broad and mighty. I am truly grateful for that. Thank you your grace.' HuaZhi -- Her Empress Dowager shows up at her best friend's funeral... whaaa/I cried. I've been moved to tears and laughter. Sorry that this character's role ended in death. I have to say that the direction plot in losing her in death was deep. And to just see how the two families lives intertwined through these two powerful characters.Acting in this episode goes to -- Shen Qi -- 10 -- Shayao -- 10 and Shen Huan -- 10 -- I love how Shen Qi is the first to pay honor to the Hua families departed love one and how Shen Huan comforts Shayao during the time her brother, Yanxi is missing in action, and Shayao's farewell to a beloved character. Goodbye Grandmother.

seems to be the only entity that can punish grandma's daughter for her evil doings. Yanxi is clear about his father's crimes but gives into the Emperor's wishes not to hold grudges. Zhi also does not want to hold grudges for what he did to her family and her. She is much too forgiving.

i don't agree with the "bad" daughter fate. She's just showed as evil and not as a victim. Her husband is not punished for his doing.

Yanxi revealed his identity. Huazhi really loves him. They are finally together. We can get romance scene also
