Best drama this year so far...
I love this beautiful drama a lot, and I strongly recommend it. The storytelling is perfect. The directing is excellent. The leads' acting and chemistry are great. It is rare to see such chemistry on screen. Everything is so well thought out. Thanks to this drama, I got to know the wonderful Kim Hye Yoon.Was this review helpful to you?

A truly lovely experience
*Very slight spoilers ahead*Ahhh, Lovely runner. You know those series you begin to watch and from the very first episode you KNOW you are going to love IF the writers don't f**k you up? Yep, this series was one of those for me.
While the story does lack in some regions here and there and there are just a bunch of repetitive and annoying things that happen quite a bit that made me audibly groan, overall its a very vary enjoyable watch. All the actors, the music and the good ending really did give this series an extra star from my original rating. Never have I ever swooned so much and genuinely loved a character as much as I love Ryu Sun Jae, the greenest of all green flags, this man is a freaking forest. Byeon Woo Seok did a fantastic job portraying him.
This has the same vibes of Twinkling Watermelon (though that one had a stronger storyline). So if you're looking for a heartwarming romance with just a sprinkle of fantasy that will make you giggle and kick your feet like a little girl, definitely go for it. The hype for this is truly worth it!

Heartwarming and fresh
With still 6 espisodes left I may be getting ahead of myself, but I'm confident saying now that this show is one of the best kdramas ever made. The plot is interesting, well written but not over the top, the characters are captivating and the acting is amazing (high praise to Kim Hyeyoon and Byeon Wooseok).You can see how all the people involved in this project poured their hearts and souls to bring this beautiful story together.
Lovely Runner will definitely make you fall in love time and time again, so please watch it, it's an opportunity you shouldn't lose!

Beautiful drama
Such a beautiful drama with unique plotline. There are time travelling dramas like marry my husband, perfect marriage revenge where both the leads travel back in time but here its only the Fl . The most sad thing about the leads is sunjae doesn't remember what happened once imsol changes things in past and imsol doesn't remember anything from her 15 years life once she goes to present... What a unique plot.. Loved every bit of this drama.

First kdrama I've enjoyed since Dots [HONEST REVIEW] will continue after I finished the show:
Okay Lovely runner, the fuc is this title? And high school theme poster, it's so cliché..but why in the world it got me sobbing after 8mins?-idk how to start a review but first of all those who's not happy about the character of kim hye yoon(im sol) should just dropped the show coz it annoys me how can they diss a character when we're are in her pov, we should understand her the most coz we know what's she's thinking and why she's doing everything . YET mfs instead use their pov to reason the logic of the show! Shut up do you have traumaS? Amnesia? Did your an idol save you too? and that idol dies? Yada yada.. okay enough rant.
-lovely runner established whats the premise of the show from the from the start and after ep. 3 they add another layer to that time travel/saving sun jae/ something to do with fate.. throughout the series, the writer would slowly slip us this idea of what's bound to happen would happen, it is annoying , frustrating and traumatic not just to the viewers but to our mc imsol too. Especially to imsol!
-tho I admit the concept of timetravel in this show is still a mystery and a plot hole itself.. the story about their love is just sooooo good, chemistry and acting..comedic timing is good too! There's still some cringe moment(some scene of geum) but overall the only thing that's concerning me is how would they wrap up everything in just two episode.
But even if it turns out bad or open ending, i would never forget LR for bringing me those butterflies again, I grow up watching kdramas, those who just have pure love, romance and cute stuffs, then when stop i got bored, tho i still enjoyed different genre but never be like someone who would be screaming and punching my pillow for just a smoch. This maybe my last kdrama idk but thank you lovely runner team! You guys deserve every praises❤️

one of the best drama you'll ever see
I cant wait for the upcoming episodes. This is so good and the actors have done such a great job. The story line is amazing. It keeps the viewers on the edge.First of all the male lead is soo freakin HOT!!! so far we have seen him only as SML, being the main lead actually suits him more. There is no scene in this drama you ll feel like skipping. Every scene is full of emotions. The first few episodes are a emotional rollercoaster between sadness, love and comedy.
This drama has exceeded my expectations on every aspects. And the casting...... SIMPLY SUPERB!!!!!

Awesome drama
The story till now is so beautiful and comfortable to watch. Casting is suitable. Like the way they focus on every details. Visual effects are great.It is my new comfort zone. I want watch them all the times. Main lead actor is like the star of the show. Waiting for the upcoming episodes.

Love it watch it
Oh my god… this drama is so good. I hated all the top airing k dramas now and I thought we will only get super cliche horrible dramas with repetitive stories, A List actor and an actress with a super branded wardrobe. God how much I hate those type of dramas. It’s almost like factory produced, AI generated devoid of any creativity.Then along came this drama and my faith in k dramaland has been restored. It’s so squeal worthy. The female lead is so so so lovable. She was disabled and her life has been a struggle. It’s such a heart felt message when she is the knight in the rusty armour … she is the one who is fighting for saving the life of someone. This is so positive for all disabled people and people who struggle with life.
The twists and turns are amazing like simply AMAZING.
Who should watch it - people who love slice of life, people who believe in working through despite all odds, people who like twists and turns and finally all those folks who loved the last twilight (I am one of them).

JUST PERFECT PLOT CAST SOMG EVERYTHING. I ALREADY SAID THIS ON AOS BUT THIS DRAMA TOPS THAT. THIS DRAMA IS EVERYTHING. IT MAKES YOU GIGGLE, BLUSH, JUMP UP AND DOWN TO SCREAMING SHOUTING CRYING. A Full Package Of Entertainment
First time writing a review after watching just 7 episodes...if anyone still wondering whether to start watching this drama or not hey you just go for it ..it's the a sweet yet suspenseful romantic comedy drama.. really a emotional rollercoaster.. .it makes you fun,sad, excited and blushing ...you can't escape from the charm of handsome byeon woo seok and pretty and cutie Kim hye yoon ...as we all know it's a genre hye yoon already proved by her performance... here we can see a aspiring main lead actor woo seok he is really good at acting and his expressions is on point sungjae is a character which have a chance to get ruin if he done one bar higher or lower however he did a great job portraying sungjae... eagerly waiting for remaining episodes and manifesting a happy ending...??Was this review helpful to you?
simply amazing
I’ve been watching kdramas for about 3 years and when I tell you I literally just made an MDL account last week just so I could review this drama. I'd stopped watching dramas set in high school but decided to give this a try 'cos I didn’t have anything else to watch. I didn't expect it to be this good and emotional. I thought it would be a surface-level high school drama but it’s so much deeper than that. It’s about finding the will to keep living even when it seems like your whole world is falling apart because if you choose to live one more day, things will get better.
