Hu Li, being non-verbal, is sent to the juvenile inspection office, where it's discovered she is female, raising questions about her identity and Hu Min Min's actions. Meanwhile, Lin Zhi Tao is inspired by her mentor Zheng Yan Lai's TV appeal regarding a years-old cold case of an unidentified murdered girl. Separately, Li Xiao Yao meets Cui Jia Yi, who reveals she was drugged by Hu Min Min (posing as a dance teacher) before the incident, adding another layer of complexity now that Hu Min Min is dead.
