Prosecutors Lin Zhi Tao and Bai En Yu investigate a boating incident in which Tu Huai Wei took his daughter Yang Hui Hui and two younger children, Xiao Hu and Xiao Hua, onto a lake. Xiao Hu drowned, while Xiao Hua survived after falling into the water. Tu Huai Wei claims Yang Hui Hui recklessly rocked the boat, causing the accident.
