One of the New Seven Deadly Sins killers is captured and scheduled for transfer to Stanley Prison, but escapes during transport. Police authorize officers to use lethal force if necessary, a decision that Ying Hoi strongly opposes. Still imprisoned at the killers’ base, Ding Lok Fung finally learns of a possible way to resolve the current crisis. Ying Hoi receives a mysterious message directing him to a container terminal to save someone. Although unsure of what awaits him, he goes anyway. Upon arrival, he is held at gunpoint until Lok Fung suddenly appears. While searching the containers for the captive, Ying Hoi instead comes face to face with the dangerous Lin Yuk Sui.
