More importantly, though, the two experienced athletes should NEVER have let themselves become separated from their neophyte companion - and CLIENT!!!! The jealous boss didn't bother me as much because he was as much a neophyte as his client. But that girl and her childhood sweetheart were too self-absorbed to be professional about what they were doing, and I find that disturbing.
Additionally, the girl drags her boss to take shelter under a TREE in the middle of a rain storm!!! Hello, death by lightning!!! I find it unrealistic that Chinese athletes trained to international competition standards would be that inept. REALLY jarred me out of my feel-good moment.
