Meiko is surprised to learn that her teacher is Yutaro's father! Shozo, a mine engineer, could not stand the battle between his late wife Oshizu and eldest daughter Kazue, and abandoned his family. Yutaro, who can't forgive Shozo, says to Meiko "get out of the house if you meet him," but she is not pleased with Yutaro's words.
Suddenly, Meiko's former classmate, Sakurako, appears with an unexpected person!
