Took me by surprise from the very start

I loved it!Perfect first episode and diferent from any high school drama i've seen before. Not everything is diferent and new because thats impossible BUT the new elements are insanely good. A refreshing series with a theme seen milions of times, its really something to adimire. Beatiful kiss, crazy chemistry, everyone did such a great job, I think this one is going to be the best Kdrama of the year.

When Korean BL goes Thai

With the opening scene alone, you would almost expect this KBL to have aired on Gagaoolala. It was really good and even though the NC is strong with this one, I think the storyline shows through. Wish the episodes were longer.

Oak Company Does It Again, And DAMN That Opening Scene!

As soon as I found out that Summertime is from Oak Company, the same production company behind The Prosecutor's Proposal, Thundercloud Rainstorm and Ball Boy Tactics, I was already excited. I knew we could be in for another outstanding BL with high production quality, great chemistry, strong acting, solid storytelling and some steamy scenes. After watching the trailer and Episode 1, I can confidently say it has already lived up to the hype. And DAMN, that opening scene was HOT! I was absolutely NOT expecting them to start the series like that. What a way to kick things off! They really said, here is your NC scene, right from the beginning!

Secret Lover vibes

Except for a typhoon I don’t think there can be anything more intense than a raging high school hormones. The coming of age and discovering sexuality is always a fun topic because everyone experienced this in one form or another. The show starts immediately with teens and their out of control hormones, that first sexual fantasy. It’s a classic trope in every high school series but the series shows some interesting and relatable personalities. Almost like watching the KBL version of Secret Lover. The chemistry and the sexual tension looks great to begin with Looking forward to the rest of the series.
