The An Zhe case comes to a close. Jiang Cheng accidentally finds an old tape at his parents' gravesite. The tape contains a whistleblower audio recording from his late father and a final message left by his mother, exposing the dark secrets of Zhao Jing Xiang, the head of Jianglin City Opera Troupe, and Xianghe Group. As the investigation progresses, Liu Wen Tao, the lawyer who participated in oppressing An Zhe, suddenly dies in an "accident".
