Girl from Nowhere the Reset Episode 4

This is the first GFN episode that didn't land for me

After how good episode 3, Hater, was, I'm surprised this episode came out. It's trying to say something about gooners who support the "my body my choice" movement just to get with girls, fake feminists, but it barely touches on the subject enough times to count on two fingers. Really weird ep. Still love the show.

Finally Unsettling Again

The fourth episode of Girl from Nowhere is easily the strongest among the first four. It finally leans into a more disturbing and unsettling tone, closer to what made the series stand out in the first place.That said, it does rely a bit too much on fan service, which sometimes undercuts the impact of its darker elements. Still, it’s the first episode this season that genuinely feels uncomfortable in the right way.
