Two patients are transported to the hospital, Egami Asuka; a violinist, whose hand is severely injured, and Tsuchiya Tetsuya; a stage 4 stomach cancer elder patient. Tetesuya, who has only a few days left to live and doesn't want to die in the hospital, and Asuka, who can’t move her hand anymore and wants to commit suicide, run away from the hospital together. First, they visit Tetsuya's factory, because he wants to see it for the last time. While trying to fix a metal bending machine, he falls and his leg is stuck. Asuka calls the emergency number, and DMAT is dispatched. Tetsuya tells Hibiki that he wants to die like this because his family would be paid insurance money and that will help pay for the factory's debt. Hibiki tells him that to save him they need to amputate his leg, but her refuses and losses concussions. Hibiki later asks Tetsuya's family for their consent, and he successfully amputates Tetsuya's leg. After few days, Tetsuya dies from the cancer and Asuka finds her reason to live.
