Choi Si Won secures approval to identify malicious online posters, set to proceed with lawsuit
Actor Ok Taec Yeon will make a special appearance in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama Agent Kim Reactivated.
Agent Kim Reactivated follows an "ordinary" father who becomes the "most dangerous" man in the world as he fights to save his one and only daughter. So Ji Sub plays the lead role. The series premiered, scoring 9.5% (episode 1) and 15.7% (episode 2).
According to Good Data Corporation's FUNdex buzz rankings for the fourth week of June, So Ji Sub ranked No. 1 among TV and OTT drama cast members in terms of buzz, while the drama itself also topped the TV drama buzz rankings, cementing its status as one of this summer's most talked-about series.
Ok Taec Yeon plays Park Young Gwang (Codenamed "Code Name 66"), a character who engages in a life-threatening action showdown. His piercing gaze as he grips a knife in the middle of a training ground, as well as his look carrying a rifle while dressed in a black military uniform, exudes discipline and aura of a fighter.
Ok Taec Yeon shared the special reason behind his special appearance in Agent Kim Reactivated, saying, "I was so thrilled by the opportunity to act alongside senior actor So Ji Sub. That's why I decided to appear unhesitatingly."
He also said, "I was truly happy to be part of Agent Kim Reactivated. I hope viewers will also enjoy discovering the many different charms of the drama."
Episode 3 of Agent Kim Reactivated will air on July 3 (Friday). The K-drama is available to stream on Netflix.
Meanwhile, Ok Taec Yeon held his wedding ceremony with his non-celebrity wife at The Shilla Seoul in Seoul in April.
