Commonly known as the Wolf Lord, Mengle Huo'er is the Chief of Shuobei Tribe. After being defeated by the Qingyang Lord Lü Song that became the Great Ruler of Northern Lands, Mengle Huo'er lead his tribe to the vast prairies of Han province, where they now live in symbiosis with their wolves.
