Su Ma is the childhood friend and servant of Asule. Daughter of Longge Zhen Huang of the Zhenyan Tribe, Su Ma is born mute.
Along the road to Xia Tang, Su Ma is brutally killed in an ambush, causing great despair in Asule. When he travels back to the Northern Lands, he discovers that Su Ma was actually saved by Lei Bi Cheng and she has become his brother Lü Shou Yu's wife.
