The ML has an artificial heart that’s slowly running out of power, so he needs regular recharging to stay alive. The FL is a screenwriter who has a special ability that allows electricity to flow through her body, and she needs to finish writing her romance web novel. They basically enter a contract relationship to help each other, with her becoming his personal human power bank 😂

Of course, they slowly grow closer, their fake relationship turns real, and they actually fall in love. But then things get more serious because the more she charges him, the more of her own life force it consumes.

Eventually, when the ML is in danger of dying, she uses all of her remaining power to completely heal him, leaving herself on the verge of death. She survives in the end, but loses her ability completely.

So they basically go from “I need you because you’re my battery” to “I’m willing to give you everything I have” and finally end up as an ordinary couple with no powers.
