1. The Best Thing
Chinese Drama - 2025, 28 episodes

2. Boyfriend on Demand
Korean Drama - 2026, 10 episodes
about the plot itself, you could cut the drama in two parts and it would seem like 2 different dramas. the first half is about this bf game and then suddenly they switched up everything, now it was suddenly about fl and ml relationship, completely out of nowhere. first half is just to catch viewer's attention with all the cameos and then it was like i was watching a completely new drama. seo inguk was potraying ml perfectly but ml character was so dry in the first half and suddenly he likes the fl? and don't even get me started with the fl. besides jisoo's crappy acting, her character was just so ?? first she's judging this bf game, gets addicted to it herself and then suddenly her ideal type looks like the ml. a total mess, i was getting so annoyed by the fact that her problem and why she was rejecting the ml was because in her last relationship her ex feelings changed because both partners changed. like okay, how old are you... it's really not that deep to act all traumatized by it since the breakup reasons was pretty peaceful and valid imo?? that's just how life works so why was she acting so dramatic about it? girl you're in your 30s, it's time to face reality instead of being so traumatized about smth so trivial. and also why couldnt she be honest to ml that she used to play this game, her hiding it just made everything unnecessarily complicated.
now about jisoo's acting, it's really hard to watch imo cause there is not much to it, it's just stiff and plain. tbh i was really intrigued by the plot cause it seemed very silly and i was craving some easy romcom but i knew that jisoo's acting will be one of the things that'll dissapoint me. the only scenes that where somewhat okay was her acting with seo inguk and that was just mid acting. she either needs to start taking serious acting lessons or just drop her acting career altogether. i think she'll do better if she would just start with small roles instead acting fl by relying on her fame

3. Doom at Your Service
Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes
rewatched this fav drama of mine cause bf on demand was terrible. still love this plotline and the acting, side couple is a little less annoying by the second time watching but still unnecessary and a waste of time so i skipped most of the parts

4. Yumi's Cells Season 3
Korean Drama - 2026, 8 episodes
such a cute watch tbh, i had so much fun watching this, especially with the animations. i've only seen the other 2 seasons partly through social media but never got to watch the whole thing. as for this one, i really liked the lead actor and goeun! just kinda sad that it was so short... the plot was very simple but still entertaining. i love the contrast of the ml between work and off work and how fl was slowly falling for him throughout their busan trip. and also how the ml instanly switched up to calling fl noona after she accepted his confession KSDFB. and also how maturely he loved her even tho he was acting so stubborn prior to his confession and how all his principles started to break down just for her, oh i love men like this.
now to the fl, i also liked how she was acting very mature, ofc it does come with age but she knew when to speak up and draw a line like with this other writer who kept trying to pursue her. i really appreciated that she could handle it on her own pretty much and wasn't dependent onml saving her or smth. her character in general was just very entertaining to watch and also pretty well written imo? even tho both characters changed in their own way, it never felt too sudden and it was a very consistent pace, not really any noticeable plotholes that were putting me personally off. again, just a general light and easy drama without being unnnecessary too dramatic

5. The Art of Sarah
Korean Drama - 2026, 8 episodes
as always, i loved shin haesun's acting. the way she could potray all this personas of her character was so good. honestly this has been on my watchlist because of her and also kim jaewon, i didn't know much about the plot so i was wrongfully expecting more between shs and kjw characters :( but considering the whole drama, it wouldn't have fit anyway altho i did feel like the tension or the potential between them both kinda went to waste... but that's just my opinion, not really necessary for the plot.
now about the plot, i was really captivated in the beginning by the story altho someway in the middle i kinda got lost?? ofc, it was kinda supposed to be this way as the crime is getting solved along the way with drama. i was invested tho throughout the whole drama, altho i have to say that the chase was far more interesting then everything after the catch... especially the ending left me kinda confused??? i understand that fl's character is all about being a con artist and this drama is all about who kim sarah is. the open ending made sense in somekind of way but i felt like it still felt kinda unresolved, especially since it didn't make sense to me how she can get away with taking another identity again, claiming that she's the one who killed kim sarah... even tho she had a bunch of witnesses who don't really know her whole story and all have a different kind of story about her, they all know her face at least so wdym the police doesn't do any further investigation about this... i mean the plot was all interesting to watch but there are still things that got me kinda confused like loose ends to the plot? idk it started strong but the ending was kinda unsatisfying somehow... maybe they were too focused on putting in many witness' story in and that's how the writing got more confusing as the plot went on??

6. Perfect Crown
Korean Drama - 2026, 12 episodes
i admit i watched this for the cast mainly and for that... the plot was cute but kinda mid? it was good enough for me to finish but there were things which were bothering me tbh. i didn't like how the plot developed, it was cute in the beginning and lowkey it should have stayed just as a romcom... the whole drama fiasco was unnecessary imo if you can't write it properly. prime minister annoyed me so much, wdym you doing all this because his crush is marrying someone else and is falling in love with him who is btw his own friend too. at some point i just couldn't understand his motive at all anymore, his actions didn't feel very plausible for just liking the fl. and in the end, there was no closure or anything between him and fl either.
for the main characters, they were lowkey shallow written/potrayed? i felt like the acting for both characters were kinda unnatural in more serious scenes and i was surprised as iu has done so well in other dramas like wlgyt or hotel del luna. also as the story goes on, i just felt like the main characters were just not as complex as the queen mother, the acting for her was amazing , just right and genuine imo. kinda dissapointing that the main leads couldn't pull it off as well... that's why it should have stayed as a silly cute romcom in this case. the plot had so much potential to have a complex storyline given the setting and ig they tried but it was way too weak and for the main leads, they had some typical sad background stories but not as developed as it would need for the audience to genuinely root for them, or at least not for me. it was enjoyable to watch but not really any feelings invested from my side tbh. and towards the end, everything felt very abrupt like they're just trying to show everything they had on their checklist with no real connections, scenes got cut very abrupt and they just moved on, not to even mention some things that got never cleared, the ending just felt kinda unsatisfying besides the happy ending

7. Our Universe
Korean Drama - 2026, 12 episodes
another definition of plot not existent, what was even the main plot lmfao... i thought it would be more focused on their story with wooju but 80% of the story was just about fl and her sunbae liking her. god she annoysed me SO much, she wanted the child but still walk around and does everything but really taking care of wooju. i felt like ml has much more connection with wooju because HE is the one who stays with wooju all while fl is hanging around with her first love under the disguise of work. and also ml's father suddenly appearing was also so unnecessary to the plot. there were in fact were so many unnecessary things in this drama, the second ml had SO much screentime and also he was so boring too. like dudee, what was even his personality?? i felt like only character was really interesting was the ml altho he wasnt perfect either, especially him with his friends was interesting to watch. lowkey he should have just taken wooju and lived with his friends, his friend with the glasses was such a good character too.
the only thing that wasn't dissapointing cosnsistently throughout the whole drama was wooju, he was such a cutie :')
