10 BL dramas that I personally reccomend

One of the most memorable sultry BL drama that I ever watched. Unforgettable and explosive chemistry between the main leads. Enjoyed the comedic side of this drama, but also the way it can smoothly transition from this to a more serious side is simply immaculate. Liked how this drama is dark but without romanticizing the darkness.

This series is a real treat for people who loves BL manhuas/mangas. Set in the Thai entertainment industry, where two talented actors, happened to fall in love, as they navigates the tough world of entertainment industry, which tested their bond. The strong emotional connection between them easily made it an unforgettable watch.

This drama is for those who loves flawed character and not afraid of dark romances. Not for the faint of heart. No matter how far life forced Lu Feng and Yicheng to be apart, they always found a way to come back to each other. Love bonded them together for the first time as teens. It also managed to endure for a long time. The connection between them is so undeniably strong that — even through the best and worst versions of themselves, through so many years — it survived.

A passionate romance embarked between two young men, when one unexpectedly time travels to 1920s. Times when romance between two people of the same sex was largely considered a taboo. It has one of the best soundtrack ever made in BL drama's history.

A very well  directed drama with strong social commentary which is rare. It is for anyone who wants a meaningful political drama that resonates but never dulls down one second. Not exactly a full on BL drama, but the romance is also good. (I gave it a full star because of the plot, not romance)

Messy but still a highly entertaining drama. I think I would have probably dropped this if it wasn't for SandRay's storyline saving it every episodes as the only satisfying progression from the entire chaos. I reccomend this series to people who enjoys a realistic drama about the darker or messier side of human nature.

This one is a perfect blend of horror, thriller and romance genre. Gripping storytelling and well constructed characters. It is the kind of supernatural story telling you want to explore the back stories even more until every pieces falls into place. 

Have to be an unique plot for a BL drama. Not even one boring episode! Sweet chemistry between the couple. If you want something unique and nice with a touch of generation gap then this is for you.

If I were to pick a teen BL drama (not really a fan of teen romance as I personally prefer more mature themes) that is actually good, doesn't waste your time, then this would be it. It is really cute plus highly entertaining. 

I put this here because I personally enjoyed the dynamics between Phayu and Rain, who are of totally opposite personalities. The naive, hard-working and innocent Rain is endearing to watch. At the same time, I acknowledge the manipulative aspect of their relationship.  The second couple's storyline was also fun to watch but found it a little too superficial.
