Dramas I Mourned Over When I Finished Them

This series caught me by surprise with how much I enjoyed it. I was sad to see it end. I'd love another season. The characters are compelling, I cared very much about the supporting cast, I was interested in the budding romance, and the supernatural element was very carefully done so that I didn't have to suspend my disbelief to enjoy it. 

I legit think about Park Saeroyi from time to time, still. What a wonderful show. 

I legitimately didn't know what to do with myself after I finished this series. Watching the initial episodes and how beautifully executed the backstory was along with the OST put me in a near-trance. I was hyper-fixated on all of the details, the whimsical storytelling, the melancholic coloring - it was all so mesmerizing and beautiful. The storyline isn't perfect, but I ultimately loved it so much and didn't want to leave the characters behind.

I became so attached to the ensemble cast here. It really felt like I was losing family when I moved on from this show. 

One of the most poetically written BLs I've ever watched. I have a spoiler-laden review on its MDL page. Otherwise, I suggest just giving it a go. 

*Note: if you see a directors cut movie version of this (versus watching them episodically), I highly recommend it over this format. The theme song is particularly jarring and disjointedly cheerful compared to the show's tone, and that was my only real critique because it's offputting. 

First time watching a KDRAMA where I instantly thought to myself, "I really hope they do a season 2"
