bls ive watched

horror/thriller !!!

acting is decent as for many of them it is their very first show so be slightly lenient esp towards first half, writing too ~ good well-planned storyline and twists, the writing is INSANELY better like i was questioning whether it was even the same team starting like ep3 and 4 ~ anyways yes if you like darker and scary shows plus a bit more mature concepts give this one a chance!!

action/sports/omegaverse

you're a strong soldier if you followed this show from the trailer/filming time to the end. genuinely, bc im dead. anyways i think this is another one of those manymanymany shows that overestimate how many characters they could possibly squeeze into a show. the amount of couples they had teased/hinted at us did NOT correspond to the show. you get many scenes for 2 of them and the rest are left to us to imagine and squeal about in our own heads :) On another note though, the acting of specifically Pavel, Sailub, and Nut. They are hella good, like insane. The emotions that these 3 specifically evoke onto the screen and to the viewer makes us genuinely feel everything they are going through. Nut's character, Way, is such a complicated character that makes us mad at him in one sec but absolutely grieve for him in the next. Nut portrays this perfectly. Props to him.

action/supernatural

high school history/reunion

for such talented and amazing actors w great chemistry, the writing sucked. now the first 3-4 episodes? one word: beautiful. The first few weeks of watching this I thought this, even though the relatively shorter episode count, would become on of my top thai bls. Production hit hard and chemistry and acting were good. Later it just got unnecessarily messy and the writing was becoming lazy. Still give this one a try, but def skip ep5 all that was NOT necessary at all.

Also note: no acc kiss btwn the leads!! there is a 'kissing scene' btwn the 2 in ep 3/4, but no genuine kiss on lips even in ep6 after they get tgt :)

college romance/intimate/slice-of-life

one of THE most beautifully acted, written, and shot dramas not just in bls but in kdramas in general. it focuses on such strong topics like insecurities, the feeling of doubting yourself and how it impacts how lonely we feel and such. this show talks about how its normal to be in pain and how each character is written in a not-so-perfect way just to show how everyone has their flaws but will eventually find a way to escape the feeling of loneliness and self-doubt. the show just shows 2 not-so-perfect people with their own problems slowly opening up to each other, no phase of questioning their sexuality.

the show was shot BEAUTIFULLY and there are so many memorable scenes, i highlyhighly recommend to anyone just getting into bls :)

high school/first love

note: not part of history series in any way shape or form, the name of the vids on youtube translate to "by the same director of HIStory" and it doesn't say HIStory 5 like everyone thinks it does :)

anyways, extremely cute and easy-going high school love story!! i acc love it sm and i rewatch it a lot just for comfort. the acting can be a bit questionable at some points, but for rookies within the industry i let it slide and was more lenient and they did decent enough!! if you like cuter and more comfort type high school love stories give this one a chance !!
