Dropped Shows (+ the Reasons why)

I loved the music and the story concept, but my rating dropped from 10 to 1 in the matter of a single episode: Episode 2.

The way they handled domestic abuse and especially the abuse victim was downright horrendous, like I don't have words for how bad it was to me.

And I mean this in the nicest way possible with all respect for everything else that this show had been building up so far. I wanted to watch and like this so bad because I love horror but after episode 2 I just couldn't do it anymore.

Like, don't get me wrong, I enjoy drama, toxic characters/storylines etc but in the end it's all about how the show frames it. And the way this was framed gave me a headache. The abuse husband got way too much grace from the narrative and that's just a no-go to me.

If you can get over something like this then I'm 100% sure this show will be a great watch for you and I'd recommend it but this is the end point for me.
