I really loved the chemistry between the main couple in Your Dear Daddy. The looks, the gazes, and the small moments between them created a connection that you don’t often see in dramas.

What I especially loved was seeing the main character find a new family and experience love and acceptance again. After his previous relationship ended in such a traumatic way, it made sense why he struggled to open himself up and avoided getting attached to people. Watching him slowly learn that love could be something safe and healing made the romance much more meaningful.

Yes, this show is dramatic at times, but I don’t think those dramatic elements should automatically lower the rating. People do experience difficult life events like this, and for me, the emotional journey and the chemistry between the leads mattered more.

The chemistry truly shone through compared to many other dramas I have watched. I genuinely believed in their relationship, and that made the show memorable for me.

My only criticism would be that I felt the GL storyline took up a lot of the screen time, while the second couple didn’t get as much development as I would have liked. However, the main couple’s chemistry and emotional connection carried the show for me.
