This is going to be my ever-expanding list of BLs that aren't too heavy and have a comedic undertone throughout much of the episodes. That being said, it doesn't mean that they don't touch upon serious topics too from time to time. Some of them would only be fun to watch the first time while the others are so fun, you could watch them again and again.
