There's a break up but it's not really a break up, he just dont remember her for like 7 episodes. She doesn't leave him when he loses his memory. instead she and everyone else trying to make him remember them. it starts at the end of episode 30 and then he remembers everything in episode 37, and they back together.

There's a lot of sweets moments in these episodes, because she helps him remember by being together hug kiss and do stuff together.... So it's not really a break up.

And of course happy ending.
