I cannot believe that I have been tricked into watching a conventional ghost romance again.

I liked it but I maintain that It should be a subplot if at all in another story preferably non-romance.

The fact that The Hidden Moon introduced the romance into a mystery beginning made this appealing but it also makes me more wary of any romances involving ghosts.

It didnt arc properly not enough time was spent on the emotional focal points Yi leaving the getting together and the mother got enoughcharacterisation beyond her societal role requirements despite being the main antagonist/ obstacle to this romance 12. 09.11.24

They expanded on the book that make it better in some ways in others they broke up the isolated focus on the relationship to his female friend which takes a away from the bleakness and loneliness that characterised  part 1 for me. 1. 21.10.24
We are at the bleakness and loneliness but it hits a bit too late. I can see how a lot of the changes make it more condusive to watch but the soft entry give's it the wrong vibe seemingly coming from a well adjusted childhood. 2. 21.10.24

The romances are developing in different speeds and the secondary one is slower at this point. We now have four or five  obstacles for them to overcome in the main romance the father and the short time they will be studyimg there, Qi Lu's health and Turtle andSun Xiaorui's antagonisms 3. 02.11.24
THere was a lot of carefreeness and youthfullness this episode that I didnt expect. It makes so much more realistic and foreboding. The black and white along the blue is still evident for the mains. Seeing them both infatuated and starting to realise their feelings makes my heart go out. 4. 03.11.24
The recognition of mutual vulnerability as well as the the display love was beautifully done all rounded out in this episode about rejection in unrequited love 5. 09.11.24
Their life goals clashing is such a good conflict to work down from. 6. 10.11.24
Feelings winning over "reason" is a promise of heartbreak and pain hopefully we are climbing down to a happy ending. 7. 16.11.24
While the secondary couple might work toward understanding eachother the building up of the cliff edge for Xiao and Lu makes it hard to appreciate these heartfelt sweet moments. 8. 17.11.24
Gettingthe promise of a separation and the finalisation for Tan and Liu makes a heartbreaking last act for Xiao and Lu more likely. All being made easier by the youthfullness and care that they show in their interactions. 9. 23.11.24
Ultimately the series fails at its success igt getting released lik this does the most for the hang in there until you are safely independent and can deal with more than survival. But for a series that so meticulously proceeds  from one point to the next the happy ending time skip felt out of place. 12. 1.12.24

Liked the colour story in the end. The actual ending felt too forced. Making it so personal strechted the believability too far. 12. 03.12.24

The perfect slice of life about the importance of staying true to yourself . With strong colours. A wholesome story to pick you up. 07.12.24

It builds up the relationship to the other two well. Their mental states are believable and well portrayed but it falls in the trap of the one saving moment. While tha might work for mental block preventing you from swimming its ridiculous in the face of a suicidal depression the camaderie and saving moment have to be followed up by professional help. 40. 07.12.24
