High School and College Cdramas

One of the first Cdramas I ever watched. Set during college years, it features a couple that meets via online gaming. Light fluffy and with a wide array of likable side characters. I like that this drama follows the main couple even after they get together and college ends. 

Fun and engaging college sports drama about two childhood friends that unexpectedly reunite in college. One is a hockey star and the other quit speed skating after an accident but thinks she may wish to pursue it again. The show is sweet and upbeatand also has a memorable cast 

Drama follows a group of friends from high schoolto college. The first episode gives away the coupleendings but the journey is what makes it enjoyable. I loved the relationship between the main leads once they become a couple even if I didn’t like the secondary couple as much. Healthy relationship between the main leads which is refreshing 

Drama follows a group of friends from high schoolto college. The main lead (Richards Wang) does a fabulous job as a gruff and prickly male who falls for the girl next door and slowly softens over time. The female lead is charming. The show drags a bit in the middle and there are a number of unnecessary misunderstandings but overall an enjoyable watch

School sports drama with fantasy elements revolving around a tai chi clan. The storyline gets messy towards the end (and the last few episodes feel less like a school drama and more like a morph into a scene from Mortal Kombat) but for some reasonI enjoyed it so much I wasn’t bothered by the plot holes.

Another fun college sports drama involving a cross dressing female lead. The main lead is cute and the drama is generally fun but not at the caliber of “Skate into Love.”

High school drama that is more serious than the first two I listed. 

Bittersweet school drama

School drama featuring a female lead who knows so much it is almost like she was sent back in time from the future… was she really? It took me a few episodes to warm up to the female lead and to understand why the main lead (or anyone) would like her but I came around. I also had second lead syndrome in this one though I like that unnecessary melodrama was kept to a minimum. There was a real focus on how miserable the gakao process is for students in China and I like the themes about making the most of your time and trying to create memories you won’t regret later. Last episode wrap up felt like a bit of a cop out but I enjoyed the seriesanyway

Typical college drama redeemed by the entertaining hobbies of the female lead and the fact that Simon Gong is ridiculously good looking and I’m only slightly ashamed to say a major saving grace ofthe drama is how much fun it is to watch him.  There is a breakup and time skip I felt was unnecessarybut still generally enjoyed the drama
