1. Utsukushii Kare Season 2

Japanese Drama - 2023, 4 episodes

- fave scene: fight in ep 3, especially yusei's "you prefer having a one-sided love, right?" line... PEAK ACTING
- knowing the story in the novel, the way they rewrote and rearranged the scenes impressed me especially here
- shows the cute mundane daily lives of hirakiyo with little bits of drama only they could relate to inserted
- realistic growth from season 1
2. My Beautiful Man: Eternal

- had EVERYTHING - good casting, directing, soundtracks, variety in scenes
- very impressionable to me since it's the only one i watched in the cinema
- good storyline - everything felt just right and necessary, without any draggy
- good display of affection as couples compared to previous seasons without being excessive

- just some added moments before/after scenes that weren't in the drama version

- really like the unreliable narrator trope and change in pov, makes it so impactful when you realise kiyoi's been pining just as badly all along
- love the complex characters and the mutual pining trope
- kiyoi's my little babygirl and hira deserves everything good in the world

- HIGHLY ENTERTAINING, new guest every episode so it doesn't feel boring nor too fast-paced
- doesn't lose plot line, well-written characters
- yusei's facial expressions are SOOO CUTE every single ep ilhsm
- unexpectedly good acting - FL is comedian and it's her first drama role so wasn't expecting much but it was good
  yusei's playing an asshole, but he's so good at it he makes the asshole so lovable that it's understandable why women swoon over him
6. Yamada Kusoo no 3 Bon Knock

Japanese Special - 2024, 3 episodes

- spinoff of konkatsu, centered around yamada's little shennanigans
- if you loved yamada from the main series, this is a fun little show on the side
- cute, light-hearted and comedic

- apparently overdramatic to some, but fine with me
- good casting
- relatively unique and interesting plot line
- helped me fall in love with sonomiya ren properly <3

- set in the world of numaru minato-ku joshi
- lovable characters, kind of unserious yet serious at times
- relatively good acting, seems to contain mostly improvs
11. Ichikei's Crow: The Movie

- came in blindly bc i never watched the dramas beforehand
- likeable characters, easy to understand the universe
- yusei's character had very little screentime, but they made him to be as memorable as possible in that minor role so i'm thankful for that
