I decided to put together a dream cast from the 4 East Asian countries whose Dramas I watch. If any combination of more than half this cast appeared together, I think I'd melt down. ?

I first saw her in Office Girls, a stupidly overlong TW romcom that I watched twice because of the astonishing chemistry between here and Roy Qiu. After watching Someday or One Day, I now consider her to be an inhumanly outstanding actor, simply outstanding. Also, aesthetically ?❤?

The first role of hers I watched was Quartet, and her versatility in it was amazing. It didn't hurt that she was also really, really, really, ridiculously good-looking. Her performance in First Love: Hatsukoi confirmed that she's an actor first, gorgeous to look at second.

Like Odagiri Joe, this fine actor often chooses works I would not be inclined to watch, but I do know that if she's in them, I will seriously consider them and that if I do watch them, I'm exceedingly unlikely to be disappointed.

She's come straight on to this list on the strength of the first and only role of hers I've seen - Our Beloved Summer. It was my first of hers, I very much doubt it will be my last.

I haven't seen much of his work, but just seeing his name in the cast list says "this could be interesting and worthwhile". Because I decided to include only 1 from each country, he pipped Oguri Shun by a mental coin toss. ?

No disrespect to Mr Deng, but he's here to be fair - I have finished so few C Dramas that I struggled to find a male actor who really wowed me. He's been the lead in 2 Dramas I liked, so he gets to to represent the PRC in the male part of this list ?
